Osincup Construction Inc. was formed in 2002. Brothers Bill and Jerry Osincup, have over 45 years of construction experience, between them, in areas including residential, retail and commercial construction and remodeling. Bringing the experience of working for many years in an environment of 'open for business' retail and commercial remodeling, Osincup Construction Inc. understands the need to minimize the impact of remodeling, whether the project is a home or a business.

It is our goal to provide all construction in a timely manner, constructing our projects on a schedule, and completing work on time. Osincup Construction Inc. has the ability to construct new custom homes, remodel, renovate, or repair existing homes, provide design/build services for its residential clients, and provide a complete construction service to business clientele.

Bill Osincup has a lifetime background in the construction industry. The son and grandson of general contractors, Bill spent several yeas of his youth working as a construction laborer and carpenter on a variety of projects including residential remodels, new custom home construction, work on residential subdivisions, and a variety of commercial projects. Bill obtained a Bachelors of Science in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo in 1975. Upon graduation, Bill went to work in the design department of a major grocery retailer. Starting as a design drafter, he worked for several years in the company's Design Department before moving into their Construction Department. Bill learned a great deal of the business and management side of construction, while working for the grocery retailer. Bill left the the grocery retailer to pursue his construction career with a general building contractor, as an estimator/project manager.

During his 15 years with this contractor, Bill learned the business of general contracting. There he was responsible for for various types of projects including new construction, renovations, design/build projects, tenant improvements, with a project cost range of $500 to $3,000,000. Eventually, Bill was promoted to Director of Estimating & Project Management, responsible for overseeing much of the day to day operations of the company.

Jerry Osincup is a union certified journeyman carpenter. Growing up with the same construction background as Bill, Jerry possesses a variety of construction skills and has spent the last 15 years working in the construction industry. Jerry was a Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force for nearly 20 years. In the Air Force, Jerry was responsible for $25,000,000 in vehicle assets and the direct supervision of a staff of 60 personnel. His construction skills and supervisory experience are a vital part of the success of Osincup Construction Inc.
