When Orchard Supply Hardware was looking for a local contractor to remodel their store in Sonora, CA, they found that Osincup Construction, Inc. had the perfect background for their project. With our extensive previous experience in “open for business” retail remodeling, we completely understood the process of working at night and having the store ready to open the next morning. We also understood the need to complete the work within the scheduled deadline in order to meet the advertized Grand Opening date for the remodeled store. We were able to work with the Sonora Building Department to fast track the plan check and inspection process in order to complete the project on time. The photos in the slide show document some of the work which had to be completed for this remodel. The remodel included new flooring, a complete interior repaint, relocation and remerchandising of all of the sales fixtures, construction of a new exterior nursery department, all new cash wraps and an update to the offices, restrooms and employee break area. All of the work was accomplished between the hours of 9:30 pm and 6:30 am, over a period of 11 weeks.
