The existing siding and trim of this farm style
home didn't quite show the full potential of the design. The owners wanted
to add some exterior detail to make the exterior pop. We installed new
energy efficient vinyl windows, new fiber cement lap and shingle style
siding and new exterior trim with lots of added detail. With a new coat of
paint and some stone on the fireplace and chimney, this home now lives up to
its full potential.

This row house in Belmont, California was beginning to show its age with
weathered wood shingle siding and heavy wood trim. We wrapped the house with new
fiber cement shingle siding, installed new scaled down exterior trim and added
stone accents at the garage and entry. The exterior now has a new crisp
appearance and is one of the best presented homes in the neighborhood.

The
owner's of this cabin wanted to replace and expand their old decks and create a screen
porch on the lower level. Through the innovative use of the
DekDrain water diversion system, we
were able to create a dry lower deck area at a reasonable cost. The use of
Red Balau decking and railing material creates a rich look which is
unattainable with redwood or composite materials.
