The Elizabeth home represents a very special project for Osincup Construction, Inc. -- it was our first! The home is 2000 Sq. Ft, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was designed by Bill Osincup to take advantage of the unique contours of the property, as well as the available views. The concept was to design a structure that had the feel of a mountain home, but looked vastly different than the other 'standard' chalets that other area contractors were building. The Elizabeth home established Osincup Construction Inc.'s reputation as a quality home builder, and has lead to our ever- growing list of satisfied clientele.

The Bigfoot Circle home is another Bill Osincup designed home. The 3000 Sq. Ft, 3 level home features: 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a large family room and over 1000 square feet of exterior deck. The unique use of windows and innovative floor plan bring the outside in, creating a tree house feel with the many large, old growth trees which the house was designed and built around. The wide use of wood finishes, throughout the interior, adds to the mountain lodge feel of the home.
